Thank you so much for your interest in my work. Danny D’s Mud Shop is a small ceramics studio producing wheel-thrown pieces with a focus on carved illustration in clay. We’re a team of four working out of a small storefront and workshop in East Hollywood, and every piece is made entirely by hand — thrown, trimmed, stamped with my personal cowboy ring, carved with tools, and painted using a clay-based ink to bring each illustration to life. The work is playful, meticulous, thoughtful, and, in certain cases, tastefully vulgar. No machinery, no molds — just honest, hands-on craft meant to be touched and used.

Nearly all wholesale orders are made to order, as I’m rarely able to keep excess inventory on hand. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and lead times can vary depending on the season and order volume. That said, we’ve gotten pretty good at what we do, and I’ll always communicate clearly around timing as your order moves through production.
